Job Title: Technical
Representative
Qualification: IT Graduates (BE, B.Sc IT, M.Sc, BCA,
MCA) or Non IT Graduates with GNIIT, ANIIT certification.
Job Description:
· Provide technical support to QAD
products.
· Provide 24*7 support to customers (should
be ready to work in shifts including the night shift).
· Initial class room training & on job
training will be provided on QAD processes and products.
· Will work on both Cloud & On Premise
product support.
· Work on assigned technical support
incidents related to core products except system down and Critical issues for
the first 6 months and later on assigned system down and critical issues too
under
the supervision of a senior resource.

· Alert monitoring, maintenance activity,
documentation of Root Cause Analysis &
procedures.
Candidate Profile:
1) Cleared your
graduation in the first attempt.
2) Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix & RDBMS is mandatory.
3) Functional and general concept of Supply chain and / or ERP is good to have.
4) Certification in either OCP, Red Hat, Solaris, any other operating system or RDBMS administration isgood to have (specific to only the Cloud Operations Technical Team).
5) Willing to learn Progress language and QAD products.
